Maurice Cooreman may be in the Plateau United dug out next season
The Nigeria League body, the LMC has announced December 4, 2016 for the start of the 2016/17 football League season and the wheeling and dealing has begun already amongst the clubs.

These are the latest transfer rumours and reality from the last week.

MFM may lose trio- MFM FC trio of Sikiru Olatunbosun, Julius Oriyomi and Stephen Odey have said they may be on their way out of the club to seeker bigger challenges.

Stephen Odey had already stated his interest to play under Imama Amapakabor at Rangers so may be running around in the Cathedral next season.

Ifeayi Ubah to snatch Wassa- Gabriel Wassa was one of the most outstanding Left Backs in the league last season and only missed performing at the La Liga tour because of an injury he copped while playing for Niger Tornadoes.

It seems he may be on his way to FC Ifeanyi Ubah as the millionaires continue to plan ahead for the next football season.

Ogunbote still listening to offers- Gbenga Ogunbote says he is still at Shooting Stars. He was rumoured to have gone to Uyo to discuss terms with Akwa United who eventually decided to go for Abdu Maikaba. Ogunbote says he is still at Shooting Stars but is studying offers on his table.

Coaching musical chairs at Sunshine Stars, Akwa United­- Sunshine Stars have replaced Solomon Ogbeide with Kayode Olorungbe while Abdu Maikaba who recently left Wikki Tourists via mutual consent has agreed a two year deal with Akwa United.

However, Ogbeide insists he is still the coach at Sunshine Stars.

Imama Amapakabor has also reportedly agreed a two year deal to continue his time at Enugu Rangers.

Fidelis Ilechukwu who tendered his resignation at new boys, MFM FC is said to have rejoined the club after having a chat with club president, Daniel Olukoya.

Tayo Fabiyi to leave Nasarawa United- Complete Sports reported over the weekend that Tayo Fabiyi may be on his way out of the Nasarawa United. According to the report, three top division clubs are on his trail.

Godwin Obaje to dump Wikki Tourists- Godwin Obaje seems tired of his time in Bauchi with Wikki Tourists and even the lure of playing on the continent next season is not enough to tempt him.

According to Complete Sports, he has his eyes on Turkey and Russia ahead of the winter transfer window in Europe.

Sikiru Alimi sticks with Warri Wolves- Despite their relegation and the rumoured merger with Delta Force, Warri Wolves striker, Sikiru Alimi has not made any exit plans.

Alimi, according Weekend Sporting Sun says he has no plans for his future yet.

Danladi Isah wants out of Plateau United- Weekend Sporting Sun reported over the weekend that Danladi Isah wants to leave Plateau United. The burly goalkeeper wants more pay in spite of the fact he is currently one of the highest earners at the club.

Ajiboye denies Remo Stars move- Warri Wolves goalkeeper, Dele Ajiboye, according to Sporting Life will not join newly promoted Remo Stars in spite of strong rumours linking him to Ijebu Ode.

Cooreman wants Plateau United job- After the disaster of Akwa United, sacked Belgian, Maurice Cooreman wants to take over at Plateau United. Zachary Baraje just left his job at the Jos based side and Cooreman wants to fill up the vacancy.
