Plateau United away form could be dangerous, says Dobrev

Head coach of FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Mitko Dobrev believes the disappointing away record of Plateau United could be dangerous to any team they want to play.

Speaking to FC Ifeanyi Ubah media, the Bulgarian tactician started with the FA Cup experience for his players saying he used it to see his players in match action.

“I used the opportunity to see every of my players and it good for me and today I have 18 good players for Wednesday game,” Dobrev said.

He declared that some of his players is still out, mentioning the likes of Nigerien Mahamodu Cisse and Nico Dao who are still getting back to full fitness.

“I have seen Plateau United play against Rangers in Enugu and I have so much information about the team.

“Their coach won the Federation Cup last season which makes it more enterprising that is why it is going to be a serious game unlike every other NPFL game.”

He admonished thousands of the club supporters to come all out to drum support and cheer the team to victory.

Allow my team to score first and you can be in soup, says Baraje

Meanwhile, Zachary Baraje, coach of Plateau United has threatened that FC Ifeanyi Ubah will be in trouble if his side score first in the encounter.

Baraje warned FC Ifeanyi Ubah not to allow his team score first unless they will find themselves to blame because it going to be a very difficult game.

“If I score first, then I feel sorry for the home side because everyone in my team is a potential scorer that can match any team,” Baraje said.

“One thing I am trying to do is to curtail the excessive goals scored against my team.

“I am trying to work on tactical discipline on the part of the boys and with time, the team will get it right.”
