ABS FC speak on Stone’s Arab Contractors move

Stone Evbuomwan signing his deal at Arab Contractors
The management of Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football Club (ABS FC) have wished their former attacking midfielder, Evbuomwan Stone luck in his new club, Arab Contractors.

ABS FC also charged Stone to continue to be a good ambassador of the Ilorin-based side.

'I want to, on behalf of the Proprietor and management of the club, wish Stone the best of luck, while also reminding him that he need to continue to be a good ambassador of our club and remain  disciplined,” General Manager of ABS, Alloy Chukwuemeka said in a release made available to naijafootball247.com

Stone penned a lucrative two-and-a-half year deal with Arab Contractors FC last week.

He joined ABS FC from Kwara Football Academy four seasons ago, and played for Dolphins FC last season from where he joined Arab Contractors.

He was part of ABS FC's good run during their Premier League days and Chukwuemeka said that no matter the status of the club in the league, the club will continue to give Nigerian youth the opportunity to realize their dreams.

'The Proprietor and Chairman of the Club, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki (CON) introduced the platform to engage and empower the youth, as we also hope that many more Stones will pass through the club to stardom,” Chukwuemeka added.

Stone and 23 other players left ABS FC after the 2012/2013 season, and all of them are making waves in different clubs in the country.

After signing for his new club, Stone expressed joy with the deal and also commended Kwara Football Academy, ABS FC and Dolphins FC for the opportunity given him.

He also dedicated the breakthrough to his former coach at Kwara Football Academy, late Thompson Oliha.
