Bosso gets N5m performance bonus

Abia Warriors head coach, Ladan Bosso says he will receive a performance bonus of two million naira (about $11,700) if he can take the club to play in the CAF Confederation Cup next year.

Ladan Bosso will also be paid an extra Five million naira (about $29,000) if Abia Warriors qualify to play in the CAF Champions League next year.

“They also cannot sack me abruptly as I must be given a one month notice and the same applies if I want to leave the club,” Bosso told naijafootball247.com

“People ask if it is possible for me to lead Abia Warriors to the continent and I ask how many people thought I would be able to do same with Bayelsa United in their first since on return to the top division,” Bosso asked.

Bosso left Bayelsa United just after the season starting Super 4 in Abuja and just a few days to kick off of the current season but he told naijafootball247.com that he does not regret his move because of the deal he got.

“I signed a good contract and my terms are very favourable to me and that is why when people ask why I left Bayelsa United the way I did I simply tell them that I got a much better deal.

“The target given to me by the management is just to keep our Premier League status but I did not limit myself to that as I want to lead the team to play on the continent next season,” Bosso told naijafootball247.com.
