Heartland beat Enyimba to win Nigeria Cup

Chinedu Efugh's scrambled goal in the closing seconds of the first half proved enough to earn Heartland the 2011 Federation Cup at the expense of Enyimba.

The Heartland skipper showed grit and awareness to direct the ball home on the line as Enyimba failed to deal with an excellent free-kick into their area.

The win gives the Naze Millionsires their first trophy of any kind in 13 years. Their last triumph was in 1988, also in the same competition, at the time called the Challenge Cup.

For Enyimba, it was heartbreak for the second year on the spin, after they lost to Kaduna United in last year's final.
