Another forward with the team, Kayode Olarenwaju agrees that the team do not just have quality players, they all know what is at stake.

“This team is full of top quality players who all know what is at stake.

“The squad was picked on merit and we all wish to justify why we are here in South Africa by going all the way to win the cup,” Olarenwaju said.

“For some of us who could not win the 2009 FIFA Under-17 World Cup right in front of our fans, we are here to prove that we were simply unlucky against Switzerland in that final by becoming African champions at Under-20 level now.”
